Catalogs / numismatic literature – cash in time – 70 years of currency in Israel – Hebrew

If you are interested in the bills and coins of the State of Israel for generations – you will probably want to read this book: Cash in Time. The book, written by Yigal Arkin, is actually an encyclopedia of all the banknotes and coins of the state until today. The book came out in a large and fancy album format with colored chrome pages, accompanied by photos.
The book was published in 2018 by the publishing house "Readers" and as of today – it is still up-to-date: it contains the series of poets’ banknotes that we use today in the State of Israel.
At the beginning of each series, the author provides a sort of general introduction to the entire series. After that, comes an overview of each bill and note (or coin and coin) separately. The review is accompanied by background and expansion on characters appearing in the series or on the places mentioned on the banknotes.
On the page dedicated to each banknote, you can find the image of the banknote on both sides, a brief description of the banknote, various security signs, the size of the banknote, signatures and more. Of course – when the bill was issued and when it was no longer in use.
