Palestine - Rishon Lezion medallion / Herzl - 1882' (1898 or 1904?) - F-VF - the beginning of the settlement, the first aliyah - Very rare

The Rishon LeZion settlement medallion from 1882, may have been minted later during the visit of Herzl and the German Emperor in 1898 to the Land of Israel or for Herzl’s Zion in the name of his resolution in 1904.
Not much is known about the place of minting, they were probably minted in Russia according to estimates. A particularly interesting historical item, the beginning of the settlement of the land at the end of the first immigrants.
Face: Sdot Rashalz, Hebrew date 1882 (1882) at the bottom: an inscription at the top edge (Isaiah, MA): "The first to mark, behold, they are; And to Jerusalem, I bring good tidings."; at the bottom edge, "Moshavah Rishon LeZion".
Back: Herzl’s figure in relief and to his right in Hebrew "For the sake of Zion I will not" and to the left in English "Dr Theodor Herzl"
