The second most rare coin in a UNC condition from the coins of Palestine. With patina, very rare.
Mil was the Hebrew name of the coin that was legal in Israel during the British Mandate, and then the official name of the coin in the State of Israel until 1952.
Observe: In the center of the coin a circle with a four-leaf olive stalk. The stalk separates at its lower end between a date in standard numerals to the left and a date in Arabic numerals to the right. Around the circle is the caption ‘Palestine’ in Hebrew on the left, in English above and in Arabic on the right. Reverse: The number ’50’ in Arabic numerals above, in standard numerals below, and inbetween the caption ‘Fifty MILS’ in Hebrew, above it in English, and above it in Arabic
