"Yad Avshalom" is a monumental monument located in the Kidron River, between the Mount of Olives and the Temple Mount. It lies near the side of the Mount of Olives, next to other magnificent burial buildings such as the tomb of Bnei Hamz and the tomb of Zechariah. The name of the tombstone points to a tradition linking it to its position built by Absalom, the son of King David, but according to the archaeological research, it is a tomb dating to the 1st century AD, many hundreds of years after Absalom’s time. According to archaeologist Gabriel Barkai, this is the tomb of King Agrippa I.
"Bezalel, Beit Midrash for Art and Crafts-Arts" is a school of art and craft, founded in Jerusalem in 1906 by Boris Shatz and operated until 1929. "The New Bezalel School of Art and Craft" and "Bezalel Academy of Art and Design" are the continuation of a school It. The establishment of the school is considered the beginning of visual art in Israel.
